Wagner Homes is building 26 single-family homes on sites of one-third acre or larger at Canterbury Crossing in Severna Park, a community with a recreation area and tot lot adjacent to biking and walking trails. The community is a short drive from historic downtown Annapolis and from the Westfield Annapolis shopping mall.

Each home in this Anne Arundel community will include maintenance-free vinyl siding, wrought-iron railings, raised-panel shutters, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms, two full baths and a powder room; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail molding; tray ceilings in the master bedroom and dining room; a gas fireplace; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a pantry and recessed lighting in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; and dual-zone gas heat.

The homes have approximately 2,380 to 3,000 finished square feet, with base prices from $549,900 to $674,900. Homeowner association fees are $200 annually.

The Willow Brooke model, with 2,700 square feet, is priced from $629,900. This home features a covered front porch with columns and a front door leading into a two-story foyer.

Columns frame the entrance from the foyer into the dining room. On the opposite side of the foyer, double doors open into a study.

Across the back of the house are a family room, a breakfast area and a center-island kitchen. The powder room and a closet are adjacent to the garage entrance.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms and an expanded front porch.
