Actor Rafi Gavron, best known for his role as Dev in “Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist,” was arrested twice within 12 hours earlier this month for DUI and suspicion of domestic violence.

Mr. Gavron was first arrested around noon on Dec. 15 for DUI. He was released 12 hours later and immediately arrested again for a prior domestic violence charge, TMZ reported.

The 24-year-old was accused of hitting a girl in the face and abdomen before stealing her car.

He was charged with four felonies, including dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, false imprisonment by violence, domestic violence and unlawful taking of a car, TMZ reported.
