Free-flowing booze and raunchy strip teases are just a few of the alleged antics at annual parties hosted by New York Parks Department supervisors.

Female temps who danced on the stripper pole — some even stripping to their undergarments — were rewarded with additional work or permanent jobs, sources told The New York Daily News. They were also given cash as they danced.

The parties, dating back to 2009, were held in a so-called “boom boom” room at a city-owned facility on Randalls Island, The New York Daily News reports.

“If you want a job, get on the pole,” one man reportedly shouted out according to one female worker at last year’s Christmas party, The Daily Mail reports.

“The men started demanding a lot more. They were like, ‘You want us to give you money, show us something,’ ” an unnamed female employee told The New York Daily News. “And for the New Year’s party, it got really grabby. Some women stripped to their panties and bras, and men were slapping asses. It was out of control.”

The city Department of Investigation is investigating the claims, along with sexual harassment complaints made by women against two men who work at the Parks Department, The Daily Mail reports. One woman complained that a supervisor accosted her when they were alone in an elevator.
