Supermodel Janice Dickinson is hailing herself as ‘keeper of the gays’ after she reportedly chased down a thief in her SUV and cornered him in an alley until police arrived.

A local TV station was interviewing male go-go dancers at the popular West Hollywood venue The Abbey around 5:30 a.m., when a man snatched one of the male dancer’s bags mid-interview and took off, Radar Online first reported.

Miss Dickinson, 58, was at a Starbucks down the street when she saw the theft go down. She took off in her SUV after the suspect, helping police to corner him and make an arrest, the report said.

“I was up early this morning and I go to my morning AA meeting and I was standing in front of Starbucks and saw two naked men from The Abbey chasing this guy and four others got into it,” she told the website. “The guy stole someone’s car keys and was going up and down the block clicking to see which car might go off…but he ran into the Queen of the Gays!”

She joked that she knows the mind of a criminal because she watches “Criminal Minds.”

“I blocked him off,” she said. “He had a knife, so I called 911. They’re used to me because I’m always on community watch.”

Law enforcement told TMZ that the suspect was arrested on suspicion of robbery, and the dancer was able to get his personal belongings back.

“Big thank you to Janice Dickinson for helping out and being on the scene!” he said.

Miss Dickinson joked, “I make the community a better place to live in by my vigilance,” Radar Online reported.
