It’s time for President Obama to face the obvious: He was wrong about health care. The American people are right; the time has come to scrap Obamacare.

In an interview with Telemundo Mr. Obama was asked: “The latest NBC/Wall Street Journal poll shows Americans oppose it [the Affordable Care Act], believing it will produce damaging results. Fifty-two percent believe the law will raise their health care costs. Is everybody wrong?” Mr. Obama replied, “Yes, they are.” I have news for him: he’s the one who is wrong.

As a presidential candidate, Mr. Obama said he would lower health care costs by $2,500 per family in his first term. Instead, health care costs rose by more than $3,000 in his first term. Further, Obamacare is causing higher premiums, loss of people’s employer-carried insurance, a reluctance to hire workers and a shift to part-time employment. Let’s get rid of this disaster now.
