CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire woman who was payroll manager for a consortium of health clubs has pleaded guilty to taking more than $350,000 from the business.

Prosecutors said 25-year-old Nikki Donovan of Hollis held the job for Gold’s Gym from January 2011 to July 2013. The clubs are in Nashua, Manchester, Merrimack, Milford, Goffstown and Hudson.

From her office in Nashua, Donovan electronically reported information regarding the health clubs’ payrolls to a Massachusetts company that used the information to calculate the health clubs employees’ salaries and issue them checks.

Prosecutors said Donovan falsely reported the number of hours she worked and her hourly wage.

Donovan, who pleaded guilty in federal court on Monday, is scheduled to be sentenced on July 17.
