ORANGEBURG, S.C. (AP) - An Orangeburg man has been charged with felony driving under the influence after his vehicle hit a dirt bike, killing the biker.

The Times and Democrat of Orangeburg reported (https://bit.ly/1gXGxL0) that 36-year-old Travis Morgan died after the collision around 7 p.m. Sunday off U.S. 21 south of Orangeburg.

Forty-one-year-old Shareef Shabazz has been charged in the case.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says Shabazz’s vehicle ran into the back of Morgan’s off-road motorcycle.

It was not clear if Shabazz has an attorney. The investigation is continuing.
