Man found dead in Canton park with gunshot wounds

CANTON, Miss. (AP) - A Canton man has been shot to death.

Canton Police Investigator Terence Ware tells WJTV-TV (https://bit.ly/1iFQ6d4 ) that the body of 21-year-old Cardell Wilson was found at Red Bud Park just before 7 a.m. Saturday. He says a caller had told police that someone was lying in the park.

Ware says Wilson had multiple gunshot wounds.

Police are investigating, but Ware says are no suspects have been identified.
