GENTRY, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say two teenagers were killed in a single-vehicle crash in northwest Arkansas.

Authorities say the wreck happened Sunday night on Old Springtown Road in Gentry. According to a preliminary report, 19-year-old Zachary Long of Siloam Springs and 19-year-old Shawn Hurt of Gentry were traveling in an SUV when the vehicle went off the road and into an embankment.

Long and Hurt were both ejected from the SUV and were pronounced dead at the scene. State police say they’re still trying to determine who was driving at the time of the fatal crash.
