OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. (AP) - Police say a 26-year-old man was shot and killed outside a house in Olive Branch.

The Commercial Appeal reports (https://bit.ly/1eDjghv ) the man, who has not been identified, was shot at 7:19 p.m. Monday.

Olive Branch police with assistance from the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department are looking for a man who is wanted in connection with the shooting.

Police Chief Don Gammage said the investigation is ongoing and the motive unknown in the city’s first homicide of the year.
