FLINT, Mich. (AP) - Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old following a break-in at a Flint home.

Mlive.com reports that Chealsey Luster’s body was found shortly after midnight Tuesday about a block from the home and near a convenience store. Police say it appears he was shot in the chest.

A 72-year-old homeowner awoke to find several intruders in his house and fired shots at them. Police say it appears the dead teen was shot outside the house.

Three other suspects have been arrested. The case will be presented to Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton for possible charges.

No charges have been filed against the homeowner.
