GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (AP) - A Grand Junction middle school has been briefly evacuated after a small explosion in the boiler room, but no injuries were reported.

The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel reports (https://www.gjsentinel.com ) the explosion occurred at East Middle School on Wednesday.

Firefighters were called and the school was evacuated for about 30 minutes.

The cause of the explosion hasn’t been disclosed.
