FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - The eighth-ranked University of Arkansas women’s track and field team has shattered a school record, taken down five personal records and broken into the Southeastern Conference top-times list at the Mt. SAC Relays in California.

Dominique Scott broke the Arkansas school record in the 5,000-meter Friday with a time of 15:42.42. She takes down Jessica Dailey’s previous record of 15:48.89 which was also set at the Mt. SAC Relays in 2000. Her time ranks No. 1 in the SEC and No. 5 in the NCAA.

Grace Heymsfield recorded a personal-best performance of 16:05.96, shaving 10 seconds off of her previous record of 16:15.75.

A personal-best performance by Stephanie Brown in the 1,500-meter elite section earned her the top time in the NCAA and the SEC with an effort of 4:11.40.
