BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Jury selection is underway in the case of a Billings man charged with a series of home invasion rapes last year.

About 200 people filled out juror questionnaires Wednesday.

District Judge Russell Fagg says it could take up to three days to choose a jury for 41-year-old Toby Griego. The trial is scheduled to begin Monday.

Prosecutors say Griego stalked his victims, broke into their homes as they slept, repeatedly raped them and took pictures with his cellphone. In two cases, he forced them to withdraw money from an ATM.

He faces 40 charges, including three counts of aggravated kidnapping.

Griego has been in custody since his arrest last August. His bail was set at $1 million.

He was convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl in New Mexico in 1997.
