DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - A 23-year-old Des Moines man has been arrested, accused of firing a gun at another man in a southeast neighborhood parking lot.

The Des Moines Register reports (https://dmreg.co/1krJ26j ) Max Ryan Hendricks was arrested Sunday on suspicion of intimidation with a dangerous weapon and of carrying weapons. Hendricks was booked into the Polk County Jail, but he has since been released. A phone number for him could not be found.

Hendricks is accused of firing one shot at another man around 7 p.m. Sunday. Police say Hendricks and the victim both drove away before officers arrived. No one was injured.

Police say they found Hendricks‘ car outside a nearby house, and Hendricks was found inside the house and arrested.
