STREETSBORO, Ohio (AP) - Authorities are trying to figure out what happened to a 25-year-old man who was reported missing then found dead in a swamp in northeast Ohio.

Police in Streetsboro, northeast of Akron, say the body of James Goggin was found in a Portage County swamp during a search Tuesday, after he’d been reported missing three days earlier.

Foul play wasn’t immediately evident, but the investigation is continuing. An autopsy was planned.

Goggin’s body was found Tuesday morning during a coordinated search by law enforcement and volunteers.
