SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - Police in Savannah are investigating a drive-by shooting that left a 21-year-old man dead.
Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan police were investigating the Sunday afternoon shooting that killed Malcolm Xavier Raphael Mitchell.
Police say Mitchell was driving a white sedan when another car drove by and shots were fired. Mitchell’s car crashed into a yard and he was found lying in the street. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
Police haven’t released a description of the suspect or the vehicle the suspect was driving.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing. Police ask anyone with information about the shooting to call them.
