BOWLING GREEN, Mo. (AP) - A 43-year-old Pike County man has drowned after his canoe capsized on a private lake.
The Quincy Herald-Whig (bit.ly/1eZD5Qm ) reports that David Ortega died at the lake west of Curryville on April 16. His body was recovered the Louisiana Fire Department.
A second person in the canoe survived.
