PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The lights went out around 5 a.m. Thursday for about 3,700 Portland General Electric customers in southeast Portland and Happy Valley.

The utility says it expects to restore service by 7:15 a.m.

The Oregonian reports (https://bit.ly/1nIEWZr ) the cause of the outage is unknown.
