MAPLEWOOD, Minn. (AP) - Police say one person is likely responsible for planting all four pipe bombs found in Maplewood over the past week.
KSTP-TV (https://bit.ly/1gqrHa4 ) reports two pipe bombs were found in Four Seasons Park last week. Two more were discovered this week along county Road C. Police say all four failed to detonate and each was made with plastic piping, an unidentified powder and a wick.
Investigators say the bombs probably weren’t targeting anyone specifically.
