ROSEBURG, Ore. (AP) - Police arrested a 52-year-old Oregon man accused of sexually abusing a girl during 2011 and 2012.
A Douglas County sheriff’s spokesman says Richard Brannen of Drain was taken into custody Wednesday, a day after deputies investigated a report of abuse involving a 13-year-old girl who was known to the suspect.
Brannen was booked into the county jail.
