DOVER, Del. (AP) - In a story April 29, The Associated Press reported that Delaware lawmakers were scheduled to vote on a bill allowing local school districts to establish their own teacher evaluation systems rather than use the state evaluation system. The story should have specified that traditional school districts already have that option, which the bill extends to vocational-technical districts and charter schools.
