GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - A collection of papers chronicling the life of former Lt. Gov. Rosemarie Myrdal is now available for research at the University of North Dakota.
The university’s department of special collections announced Thursday the personal papers depict Myrdal’s life and charitable work with organizations throughout the state. The papers also give researchers a closer look at her political campaigns and time in office.
Myrdal served as lieutenant governor under Gov. Ed Schafer from 1992 until 2000.
