OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Two days after arrests were made in the slaying and burning of a Logan County man, police have released details about the victim’s death.

Television station KOKH reports (https://bit.ly/1sioumk ) that police arrested three people Wednesday in the death of Shawn Masters: Brandy Hanson, Johnny Snow, and Angel Eva Munoz.

Authorities say the three bound Masters, beat him, stuffed him in a trash can, stabbed him and placed the trash can in a truck. Hanson and Snow drove the truck to a field in Guthrie the next day and burned the body in a brush pile.

They were formally charged Friday with desecration of a human corpse and conspiracy to commit a felony. Snow has a court date set for May 22, and the others do not have a court date.
