WELLINGTON, Kan. (AP) - Authorities in Sumner County say a 32-year-old Wellington woman who’d been reported missing has contacted authorities and is fine.
The Sumner County Sheriff’s Department had asked for the public’s help Friday in locating Trina Cook, who was last seen March 26.
The sheriff’s office told The Wichita Eagle (https://bit.ly/1kcEqFg ) that Cook apparently saw a report about herself on the news and contacted the office Saturday. The sheriff’s office says she’s fine. No other details were available.
