OSAKA, Japan (AP) - Brazilians Davi and Caio scored as Kashima Antlers beat Gamba Osaka 2-0 Sunday to maintain its lead in the J-League.

Davi put the visitors ahead with a right-footed shot from 20 meters in the 37th minute and Caio doubled the lead eight minutes from time with his first goal of the season.

Kashima improved to 15 points, two ahead of defending champion Sanfrecce Hiroshima, which coasted to a 5-2 thrashing of Nagoya Grampus.

Elsewhere, Marquinhos, Pedro Junior and Ryota Morioka scored as Vissel Kobe beat Omiya Ardija 3-0 to move into third place on 11 points.

Kawasaki Frontale thrashed Vortis Tokushima 4-0, handing the winless promoted team their sixth straight loss.

Shimizu S-Pulse defeated Ventforet Kofu 1-0 while FC Tokyo edged Sagan Tosu 2-1.

Junya Tanaka scored one goal and set up another to lead Kashiwa Reysol to a 2-1 win over Cerezo Osaka.

Tadanari Lee scored two goals as Urawa Reds pounded winless Vegalta Sendai 4-0 while Albirex Niigata and Yokohama F Marinos finished in a goalless draw.
