BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - University of Colorado police are investigating after a man was found dead on the Boulder campus.

Cmdr. Robert Axmacher says the man, whose name has not been released, was found unresponsive outside the Bruce Curtis Building near the intersection of College Avenue and Broadway at about 8:40 p.m. Saturday. Investigators think he was in his 30s or 40s, but he is not believed to be a CU student.

Police have not said how the man died.

The Daily Camera reports (https://bit.ly/1kglzcF ) the discovery marked the second time in two days that a person has been found dead in a public place near Broadway. Police were called Friday night after a woman was found dead along the Boulder Creek Path near downtown. Her name and cause of death have not been released.
