SHALLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Authorities say the body of a 17-year-old man has been found in the Shallotte River in Brunswick County.
Investigators said a helicopter spotted the teen’s body around 2 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies are releasing little information, including why they had a helicopter in the air and what may have happened to the teen.
