CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (AP) - Polymer Solutions Inc. is breaking ground on its new headquarters and laboratory facility in Christiansburg.

The 20,000-square-foot facility will be built in the Falling Branch Corporate Park. At least five new jobs are expected to be created.

The company announced the project last December. The groundbreaking ceremony is set for 11 a.m. Monday.

Josh Rancourt with Polymer Solutions tells WSLS-TV (https://bit.ly/1g0aapS ) that the New River Valley is ranked as one of the best places to raise a family. He says that’s important to most, if not all, of the compamy’s employees.

Polymer Solutions is currently located in the Blacksburg Industrial Park.
