Body of toddler recovered in Winn Parish

WINNFIELD, La. (AP) - The body of a 3-year-old boy who fell into a rain-swollen creek in Winn Parish has been found.

The Town Talk reports (https://townta.lk/OxOKc7 ) details on where the body was recovered were not immediately available.

Authorities say the boy was with his family Monday morning when he fell off a concrete structure and fell into Spillway Creek, which is off U.S. Highway 84 west of Winnfield.
