Woman shot, critically wounded in Arlington, Wash.

ARLINGTON, Wash. (AP) - Police in Arlington, Wash., say a woman shot and wounded Tuesday afternoon is in critical condition.

City spokeswoman Kristin Banfield said the circumstances of the shooting were not immediately known.

The unidentified woman was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
