Farm conserved, getting new owners

DUMMERSTON, Vt. (AP) - The Vermont Land Trust has finished a $575,000 fundraising campaign to conserve a 169-acre farm in Dummerston.

The Bunker Farm will have new owners later this month, the O’Donnell Family Co.

The Brattleboro Reformer reports (https://bit.ly/L1zWlc) the revamped Bunker Farm will feature pasture-raised meat and poultry; vegetables; specialty annual and perennial plants; maple sap and firewood; and educational and community programs.

There also will be collaboration with farm stands.
