LANDOVER, Md. (AP) - Prince George’s County Police have arrested a man they say provided a gun to a suspect in the fatal shooting of a toddler.

Police said Thursday that 24-year-old Brian Campbell of Landover was arrested at headquarters. He is charged with murder, accessory before the fact and accessory after the fact.

Officers charged Campbell in the shooting Sunday of 3-year-old Knijah Amore Bibb in a home in Landover.

Police charged 25-year-old Davon Wallace of Landover with first-degree murder. Officers say Wallace knew a person who lives at the girl’s home. They say he was involved in an altercation at the residence and returned, firing shots into the home from outside.

Authorities sat Campbell gave Wallace a gun before the shooting and drove Wallace from the neighborhood afterward.

Wallace remains at large.
