LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities say a 54-year-old Las Vegas woman critically wounded during a home invasion before police shot and killed her alleged assailant last month has died.

The Clark County coroner’s office said Friday that Terri L. Ham died Thursday.

Ham spent more than three weeks hospitalized after she was wounded in the stomach by an assailant who broke into Ham’s boyfriend’s home during a July 29 crime spree.

Police later fatally wounded 27-year-old Cody Winters outside the house, and arrested Winters’ alleged accomplice, Natasha Galenn Jackson.

Authorities say Winters and Jackson killed 59-year-old Richard Ramos at another home.

Jackson pleaded not guilty Monday to charges including murder, kidnapping, robbery and burglary with weapon enhancements.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Jackson would face additional charges stemming from Ham’s death.
