CORALVILLE, Iowa (AP) - An Iowa attorney has been accused of harassing a juror who found him guilty in a trial earlier this year.

Coralville police say 54-year-old Raymond Tinnian, of Kalona, was arrested Monday and booked in the Johnson County Jail. He faces charges of criminal mischief, harassment and tampering with a witness or juror. Court records do not list an attorney.

The Iowa City Press-Citizen says (https://icp-c.com/1vmUnNz ) the juror reported in June that the words “GUILTY” and “JUSTICE” were spray painted on a home garage door and siding. Police say an investigation into the case determined Tinnian was responsible.

Police say Tinnian left a letter at the house that indicated he was unhappy with a verdict in March that found him guilty of disorderly conduct in an altercation case.
