FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - A Fort Bragg soldier has been charged in the shooting death of another soldier.

A Cumberland County judge on Monday set a $750,000 secured bond for 20-year-old Spc. Adacia Bruton.

Bruton was arrested Friday and faces felony first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of 21-year-old Spc. Justin Moore.

Authorities say she shot and killed Moore in the parking lot of his Fayetteville apartment complex.

WTVD-TV reports (https://abc11.tv/1uiqvP6 ) that Bruton told the judge her family depends on her military income. It wasn’t immediately known if she had an attorney.
