ST. GEORGE, Utah — A former NASCAR driver who led police on a 150-mph chase through three states last year is expected in court Tuesday after a judge issued an arrest warrant for him following repeated delays in his case.

The Spectrum reports (https://bit.ly/1t3dm0o) attorneys from both sides expect 35-year-old Timothy Tyler Andrew Walker of California to be in court in St. George, Utah.

Earlier this month, Judge Eric Ludlow said he had run out of patient with the former race driver and issued an arrest warrant for Walker. Walker’s lawyer, Trevor Terry, said his client had mailed the wrong plea agreement from California.

Utah Highway Patrol troopers arrested Walker in January 2013 after a chase that began in Nevada and crossed into Arizona before reaching Utah.

He pleaded not guilty to DUI and drug charges.
