Admiral Van Sice’s extensive knowledge of Coast Guard aviation logistics and training systems will be an important asset to any Homeland Security-focused clients looking to expand their business through the Coast Guard.
Prior to joining TSG, Jim served in the Coast Guard for 33 years. There, his operational specialty was aviation. After commanding the Coast Guard Air Station in Borinquen, he served as the Chief of Operations in the Coast Guard’s eighth District. Other assignments included the first Deputy J3 at U.S. Northern Command, Chief of Reserve and Training and finally as the Superintendent of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. Admiral Van Sice has spent the last four and a half years in the private sector developing a positive relationship with the senior leaders in the U.S. Coast Guard
