SALINAS, Calif. (AP) - A California man has pleaded no contest to two counts of felony lewd and lascivious acts against Monterey Peninsula Unified School District students.

Monterey County Chief Assistant District Attorney Terry Spitz says 31-year-old Carlos Domingo Rodriguez III, who was a school bus driver at the time, was arrested in October.

Rodriguez will be sentenced in March. The agreed-upon sentence is a suspended 4-year prison term.
