PHOENIX (AP) - A 50-year-old El Mirage man is pleading not guilty in a child pornography case.

James Robert Desilva faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He entered his not-guilty plea in Maricopa County Superior Court on Monday.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office says Desilva was arrested last month.

The Sheriff’s Office says authorities received a tip through Child Protective Services of an Internet Protocol address that was sharing child pornography files.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the IP address belonged to Desilva.

At the time of his arrest, Desilva worked as an IT specialist for the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
