TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Bail will remain at $250,000 for the former dean of students at The American Boychoir School in New Jersey, who is accused of sexually assaulting a boy last year.

The Times of Trenton (https://bit.ly/1aOtYQ0) reports that a judge made the ruling Monday during a hearing for 55-year-old Thomas Curran. U.S. Marshalls arrested him last week in Woodstock, Ga., where he waived extradition.

Curran is charged with sexual assault and child endangerment.

Authorities say Curran had inappropriate sexual contact with the 11-year-old between April and June while Curran acted as an after-school caregiver in the boy’s West Windsor home.

In addition to dean of students, Curran also taught science at The American Boychoir School. The school, in Plainsboro, says it provides training for musically talented boys.
