WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - The long-delayed double-murder trial of Hugo Selenski is being postponed again.

Luzerne County Judge Fred Pierantoni on Monday removed attorney Shelley Centini from defending Hugo Selenski on two counts of criminal homicide.

The judge cited a conflict of interest due to charges filed last month by the state attorney general’s office accusing Selenski, Centini and a defense investigator with witness intimidation and related charges after a grand jury investigation.

The judge also delayed Selenski’s trial from March to May.

Selenski is accused of the strangulation deaths of two people whose bodies were recovered among other human remains from his yard outside Wilkes-Barre in 2003.
