OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office is inviting the public to comment on a preliminary draft of the state’s preservation plan.

The plan called “Tomorrow’s Legacy: Oklahoma’s Statewide Preservation Plan 2015,” highlights Oklahoma’s archaeological and historic resources. It discusses possible threats to those resources and how best to preserve them for the future.

The preliminary draft is based on input from federal, tribal, state and local governments as well as nonprofit organizations and the preservation and business communities.
