FRUITLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - A West Michigan man has been ordered to stand trial in the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man and wounding of three others outside a house party.

The Muskegon Chronicle reports that a preliminary examination was held Wednesday in Muskegon County District Court for 22-year-old Deontay Demarco Black-Wickliffe.

Black-Wickliffe is charged with murder and assault with intent to murder.



Gary Ogreen was killed following a fight with uninvited guests about 3:30 a.m. on Dec. 21 at his Fruitland Township home, northwest of Muskegon.

Alexander N. Bumstead is charged with involuntary manslaughter and Raymond E. Coleman Jr. is charged with lying to police in the case.
