FALLBROOK, Calif. (AP) - San Diego County authorities have arrested the mother-in-law of a man found shot to death inside his house in a gated community.

U-T San Diego says (https://bit.ly/1djL9s9) 63-year-old Cynthia Katherine Cdebaca was taken into custody Tuesday and booked on suspicion of first-degree murder.

Her daughter’s husband, 53-year-old Geoward Eustaquio, was found dead Tuesday morning after neighbors reported hearing gunfire from inside the house in Fallbrook.

Detectives have not named a potential motive for the killing.

Sheriff’s officials said two children live at the home, and a teenager from another marriage also spends time there. The two children were at school when the shooting occurred.

The newspaper says Eustaquio worked as a space orbital analyst at California Air National Guard.

Neighbors described him as a devoted family man.
