NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - A northern New Jersey man has admitted distributing images of child sexual abuse online.

Federal prosecutors say 48-year-old John Ellenbacher of Linden pleaded guilty Wednesday. He will have to register as a sex offender and faces between five and 20 years in prison when he’s sentenced July 8.

Ellenbacher admitted that he distributed 90 images and six videos depicting child sexual abuse to others via email during a one-week period in August 2012.

As part of his plea, Ellenbacher will forfeit the computers and computer accessories he used to distribute the images and videos.
