HAMILTON, Mont. (AP) - A Darby man who police say had meth in the house where his two children live has been charged with felony criminal endangerment.

The Ravalli Republic reports (https://bit.ly/Mp52TY) that 42-year-old Jason Earl Carney is also charged with felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

He appeared before Ravalli County Justice of the Peace Robin Clute last week.



Police say that during a search of Carney’s home on Jan. 24 they found meth, syringes and money

Carney’s bail was set at $30,000.
