CENTERVILLE, Mo. (AP) - Authorities in eastern Missouri say the bodies of a couple missing for nearly three weeks have been found near where their Chevrolet Blazer was discovered.

KFVS-TV (https://bit.ly/1h1CM4P ) reports that the remains of 54-year-old William Talley and 47-year-old Jordy Wagner were found around 2 a.m. Thursday. The vehicle had been found on Wednesday about three miles from their Reynolds County home.

The cause of death is not known but authorities suspect they died of exposure. Autopsies are planned.

Talley and Wagner were last seen Feb. 1 at a bank in the Wayne County town of Piedmont. Reynolds County Sheriff Tom Volner says worried relatives later went to the couple’s home and found only their pets inside.
