HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) - The Higher Education Policy Commission has signed off on Marshall University’s new 10-year master plan.
The commission unanimously approved the plan last week and offered no amendments.
Marshall President Stephen Kopp tells The Herald-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/1hlVS4z ) that the commission’s approval is the final step in the plan’s process.
The plan focuses on improving existing infrastructure and upgrades in technology, student housing and student life. It includes landscaping enhancements and an overhaul of the Memorial Student Center.
