GALLUP, N.M. (AP) - A 32-year-old McKinley County man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of another man following an altercation at a Gallup restaurant.

Gallup police say Christopher Greyeagle died Saturday after being shot when he went outside to write down the license plate of a vehicle following the altercation inside a McDonald’s restaurant.

Police say Gerald Wilson of Vanderwagen is accused of murder, tampering with evidence and intimidation of a witness.
